HPP Quality – the label

High Pressure Processing (HPP) is a gentle process that keeps food fresher for longer – entirely without additives. In HPP, products are treated in their packaging under pressure of up to 6,000 bar – this preserves flavor, nutrients, and freshness.

The HPP Quality Label identifies products that use this gentle technology according to clearly defined standards.
